Domaine de Montmollin was established in 1937 in the medieval town of Auvernier, on the North bank of Lake Neuchâtel. Only wine from grapes grown organically is vinified on the Estate and the entire harvest is bottled at the property. Each grape variety is grown on the land that suits him best.
